This process can be automated using a .bat file and a journal file.<\/p>\n<p>Attached is a sample journal file (test.wbjn) containing commands\u00a0which perform the following operations:<\/p>\n<p>1. Opens AIM project file<\/p>\n<p>2. Updates the Physics task<\/p>\n<p>3. Updates the Results task<\/p>\n<p>4. Saves (overwrites) the project.<\/p>\n<p>This journal file can be easily created by recording the above steps using File &#8211; Scripting &#8211; Record Journal.<\/p>\n<p>The recorded commands can then be copied in the same journal and the project name (and directory, if required) can be replaced with other projects.<\/p>\n<p>Once the journal file is created, save it in a particular location.<\/p>\n<p>Download and unzip the attached .bat file (aim-sequential) and open it in any text editor (like Notepad).<\/p>\n<p>Replace the journal filename (*.wbjn) and its path with the journal file that you saved.<\/p>\n<p>Save the .bat file and close it. It is not necessary to have the AIM projects, the journal file and the .bat file in the same location.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, double click on the .bat file. It will launch a new session of Discovery AIM 2019 R3 and run the journal file and execute the commands.<\/p>\n<p>Note: If any of the AIM projects reach the iteration limits without reaching convergence, there is pop-up message for marking the solution as up-to-date. Currently, this step of marking the solution as up-to-date can&#8217;t be automated. Users will have to manually select the option for\u00a0marking the solution as up-to-date.
