The Extensions log file shows several errors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cause<\/strong>:\u00a0This is most likely a Locale issue. \u00a0Although you may think you have set one of the language correctly in the &#8220;Region and Language&#8221; Settings page, you must adjust the &#8220;Administrative language settings&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommended solution:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0From the Windows search, enter\u00a0Region,\u00a0and click on the &#8220;Region &amp; Language Settings&#8221; result.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-156231\" src=\"\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/08\/OK-78-1.png\" alt=\" width=\"294\" height=\"464\" \/><\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0Click on the &#8220;Administrative Language Settings&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-156232\" src=\"\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/08\/OK-78-2.png\" alt=\" width=\"753\" height=\"459\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If\u00a0&#8220;Administrative Language Settings&#8221; option is not visible, click &#8220;Additional date, time, &amp; regional settings.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-156233\" src=\"\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/08\/OK-78-3.png\" alt=\" width=\"620\" height=\"446\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next click &#8220;Change Location&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-156235\" src=\"\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/08\/OK-78-4.png\" alt=\" width=\"746\" height=\"330\" \/><\/p>\n<p>3. In Regions panel, select &#8220;Formats&#8221; tab. From the Format dropdown list, select the language that was set in &#8220;Region and Language&#8221; Settings page.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-156237\" src=\"\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/08\/OK-78-5.png\" alt=\" width=\"484\" height=\"544\" \/><\/p>\n<p>4. Save the changes and close all panels.<\/p>\n<p>5.
