Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n

Follow below steps to check if\u00a0DigiCert certificate is available on your machine:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Download attachment “curl_7_53_1.zip” and extract<\/li>\n
  2. Rename\u00a0curl.exe.tmp to curl.exe<\/li>\n
  3. Right click on the file ca-bundle.crt and select Install Certificate. Follow the instructions to install the certificate provided\u00a0 by curl.<\/li>\n
  4. Next, download attachment “FneCertTest.zip”\u00a0and extract. This\u00a0contains a PowerShell script (FneCertTest.ps1) that\u00a0checks if DigiCert certificate is available or not.<\/li>\n
  5. Once renamed to .zip and extracted,\u00a0from Windows Search\u00a0launch “Windows PowerShell” in administrative mode<\/li>\n
  6. Go to the location where you have unzipped the powershell script<\/li>\n
  7. Enter powershell script name i.e.\u00a0\u00a0FneCertTest.ps1 and hit Enter. See below image.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \"<\/li>\n
  8. The above command should return\u00a0DigiCert certificate.<\/li>\n
  9. If DigiCert certificate is not listed,\u00a0Download the certificate (DigiCertFederatedIDRootCA.crt) from the Digicert website:\u00a0https:\/\/www.digicert.com\/digicert-root-certificates.htm#roots<\/a>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \"<\/li>\n
  10. Right click on the file (DigiCertFederatedIDRootCA.crt)<\/li>\n
  11. For the \u201cStore Location\u201d, select: Locale Machine<\/li>\n
  12. Take the default response to any remaining questions.<\/li>\n
  13.
