This application is not supported in the scope of an ANSYS QA Services agreement&#8221;<\/em>\u00a0is displayed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-155432\" src=\"\/knowledge\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2022\/08\/OK-25-1.png\" alt=\" width=\"541\" height=\"208\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cause:\u00a0<\/strong>This happens when the &#8216;<em>Enable QA services with supported applications&#8217;<\/em>\u00a0option is selected during installation, and Discovery products are not a supported application in the scope of\u00a0QA services agreement\u00a0yet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recommended solution:\u00a0<\/strong>Please\u00a0open the Environment Variables in the control panel (<em>Control Panel&gt;System and Security&gt;System&gt;Advanced system settings&gt;Environment variable<\/em>s) and check if there is any variable named &#8220;<strong>ENABLE_ANSYS_QA_SERVICES<\/strong>&#8221; and delete it.<\/p>\n<p>If\u00a0the above environment variable is not available, then the user\u00a0will have to uninstall and reinstall\u00a0Discovery\u00a0again, while making\u00a0sure the &#8216;<em>Enable QA services with supported applications (QA services agreement required)&#8217; option is<\/em>\u00a0deselected and then proceed\u00a0with the\u00a0installation.
