What values are to be put in Ogden 2nd order input – D1 and D2?

      One needs to have incompressibility information (derived from volumetric test data), for the Ogden model. For perfectly incompressible material, it would be best to leave them as 0. With initial bulk modulus (K0) known one can put D1 = 2/K0 and set D2=0.
