      1.) Check that the most current graphics card driver is installed 2.) Verify in the NVidia Control Panel in “Manage 3D Settings” that the products are actually using the NVidia processor and not the “integrated graphics” The NVidia Control Panel can be found with a Right Mouse Button click on the Desktop. In the Control Panel select 3D Settings > Manage 3D Settings.
