      This is by design. Starting at R18.0, KEYOPT(10) assignments have been redefined. Hence, the automatic reset is necessary. At R18.0, KEYO(10)=2 and KEYO(10)=0 both update the stiffness, except actual elastic slip does not exceed max allowable limit (SLTO) over the entire solution (for (10)=2) vs within a substep (for (10)=0). This is documented, but might not be obvious to the casual observer.
