      SIwave のリボンメニューより　View > Show/Hide > Workspace > Reset to Default　を実行下さい。 もし戻らないようであれば、以下のレジストリを削除し再度インストールすると復活します。 ※レジストリの操作はご注意下さい。 HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareAnsoftSIwave2021.x　（バージョンを指定してください）
