      Best practice: Please try below options to over come convergence issue. Increase pinball radius. It should around 1.5 *gap Apply load slowly by increasing no of initial substeps, & maximum substeps. If you have defined physical gap between bodies, there is no need to give any offset value. In that case, use add offset with ramp effect. Also change time step controls option from program control to “predict for impact”
