In some scenarios, it may be advantageous to solve for the primary phase flow field in a single phase solver (Pressure-based or Density-based) and then import the relevant data into the primary phase variables under the multiphase framework. While this does not require any special treatments in some cases (like shifting single phase variables to “shared” field variables in multiphase), it needs a simple workaround to import these values to “phasic” variables in the multiphase setup. This is described in the attached solution document.
