      One need to re-calculate the bulk modulus for the concrete material with a different compression strength. RHT material parameters are all scaled to the compression strength. What one need to do is simply picking the 35MPa concrete material data set, changing the compression strength from 35 MPa to 28 MPa. Then every other parameters are automatically scaled.
