      The particle diameter after separation from edge equals the maximum of the film height on the face and the value of the rp-variable ‘dpm/film-separation-height. The default for ‘dpm/film-separation-height is 1E-5. You can change this, for example to 1E-4 by (rpsetvar ‘dpm/film-separation-height 1E-4) (dpm-parameters-changed)
