      You can define the Eddy Viscosity as a function (CEL Expression or USER CEL Function) under Domain->Fluid Models ->Turbulence Models ->Advanced Model Control -> Eddy Viscosity. If you want to damp the eddy viscosity close to a wall, you should use the wall distance, not the coordinates, in the dependency list.
