How can I determine which part contains a particular node when the part names are not unique?

This method requires creating named selections that have unique names for the possible parts. Then create a new named selection by worksheets with row 1 of Add Body Named Selection Equal (first named selection) then row 2 of Convert to Mesh node and row 3 of Filter Mesh Node Node ID Equal (node id number). Pick generate and then look at the details window to see the geometry under scope. If it reports 1 node then the body for that named selection (first row) is where the node is. If No Selection is shown then it is not in that body, so switch line 1 to use a different named selection and generate again. .
