How can I define two fluid domains in ICEM-Hexa so that I will be able to assign 2 domains in CFX-Pre? The incoming geometry has 2 solids defined

In ICEM-Hexa, you need to create a separate part family for each of the two fluid domains eg: Fluid1 and Fluid2. You must then make a manual assignment of the Hexa mesh blocks or material to the appropriate part family You can do this by right-clicking on the part family name in the Parts list of the object tree and selecting Add to Part > Blocking Material, add blocks to part. Then, select the appropriate block. When you create the mesh, there will be two separate mesh volumes, one for each of Fluid1 and Fluid2. These mesh volumes will be available once the mesh is exported to CFX-Pre to assign as different domains. Depending on the materials that are used in each domain, CFX Pre may automatically create an interface between the domains.
