ParticipantFAQ: Unable to find a valid license for Algoryx Momentum
In some cases, after upgrading to a new version of Discovery SpaceClaim, an error appears stating that the license for Algoryx Momentum is invalid:
In most cases, this problem can be resolved by doing the following:
- Click File > SpaceClaim Options > License
- Ensure that the box for Momentum is checked
- Restart Discovery SpaceClaim
If this is unsuccessful, navigate to
C:Users
AppDataLocal.ansys_licensing.activation and delete the contents of that directory.
Launch Discovery SpaceClaim again and log in with your user name and password. Repeat steps 1-3 if necessary.
