      This document describes the steps required to create the Licensing diagnostic files for a License Server machine. We will present Windows and Linux situations and using the GUI or the command lines. We will also present shortly the content of the gathered files. Another document exists for Client machine. Even if the same machine is acting as License Server and Client, both diagnostics have to be done because the tools won’t gather the same files.
