      Icepak Designツリーの3D Components>Create>Fan…を選択して、作成する面/半径/ハブ半径/流量等を設定して、2D Fanまたは3D Fanを作成します. ファンの配置箇所をファン作成後に移動させます. ModelツリーよりFan>Edit>Arrange>Moveを選択します.
