Unfortunately, when I try to prepare the geometry, the following error pops up (error in the screenshot). Even if I ignore this error &#038; continue to Fluent mesh generation, it fails with <strong>Breakout detected error.<\/strong>When I suppressed those cavities, the geometry prep, mesh &#038; simulation works fine giving correct results, however, the cavity is causing this issue &#038; it&#8217;s imperative that I consider it in my simulation for transient thermal analysis.
