My contact is bonded contact, rigid-flexible type. nmy model contains 3 parts, one is mass, one is surrounding part and tool. I make tool compress the deformable model about 6mm. Then I found the model pene*tration with each other. I set result to true scale, so it should not be the problem. and I also tried the turn large deflection on, then I found it could not converge. can anybody help me solve the problem? thank you very much. nregards,nqdyuathis is my model. the attached file is my model and contact settings for clear.
