You can identify these in the tree objects by filtering the tree using the Scoping option set to PartialnWarning 2 = Some boundaries of protected topologies have been defeatured. Right click on this message and select &lsquo;Show Problematic Geometry&rsquo; to see the affected edges.nnIn relation to the lost scoping objects i have examined the tree objects and there is nothing appearing as partially scoped, therefore i do not understand why this warning keeps coming back.nnIn relation to the protected topology, previous posts identified the mesh defeaturing default as being the issue. I reduced the default size to 0.0000001m, which did not work, significantly smaller than any edge i have in my beam and shell model.
