This is a 3D solder joint and showing its front view. <\/p>\n<p>I have tried to face split it, however I am not sure whether it is limited to Ansys Academic License or it is my own problem, for face split, I could only use UV cutter point, and it did not manage cut the surface I want. <\/p>\n<p>Also, may I know if I were to just face splitting the red annotations box, can I assign another material to it?
