It says Review any .err or .log files in :C:\\Program Files\\ANSYS Inc\\ANSYS Student and when I open the detailed progress log it says Problems were encountered running the licensing configuration and Error creating shortcut: Product is not installed under unified build location or the content under commonfiles\/globalsettings\/relinfo.xml is empty, Ansys start menu Shortcut append revision cannot be determined.nAlso SC Workbench PlugIn &#8230;.. Not ConfigurednI&#8217;ve downloaded and deleted Ansys Student multiple times now with the last attempt with real-time scanning for viruses in folders turned off and still no luck.
