In the first step I reposition Body A by applying a displacement load in the X and Y direction (the other bodies in contact with it get deformed accordingly). In the second step I apply a pressure load on my geometry but the repositioned body (body A) is not displaced by the pressure load because it is fixed in the location it was repositioned too. nIs there a way I can make Body A free to be moved by the pressure load without having to deactivate the displacement load and returning the body to it’s initial position? I want Body A to be free to be displaced by the pressure load in step 2 from it’s new position while keeping the stress and strain resulting from the displacement load applied in step 1. nLet me know if further clarification is needed. nBest, nDiane<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-50872","topic","type-topic","status-closed","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"acf":[],"custom_fields":[{"0":{"_bbp_old_topic_id":["23126"],"_bbp_old_topic_author_name_id":["Anonymous"],"_bbp_old_is_topic_anonymous_id":["false"],"_bbp_old_closed_status_id":["publish"],"_bbp_author_ip":["UpF\u0002"],"_bbp_old_sticky_status_id":["normal"],"_bbp_likes_count":["0"],"_btv_view_count":["2588"],"_bbp_subscription":["241287"],"_bbp_topic_status":["unanswered"],"_bbp_status":["publish"],"_bbp_topic_id":["50872"],"_bbp_forum_id":["27791"],"_bbp_engagement":["240","166629"],"_bbp_voice_count":["2"],"_bbp_reply_count":["4"],"_bbp_last_reply_id":["136923"],"_bbp_last_active_id":["136923"],"_bbp_last_active_time":["2020-12-26 19:18:09"]},"test":"diane"}],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics\/50872","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics\/50872\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=50872"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
