I was under the impression that they are displacements along and rotations around the X,Y,Z axis. As I checked the Ansys Mechanical User&#039;s Guide, it says they are &quot;Distance&quot; or &quot;Rotational Distance&quot; in the X,Y, Z directions. So, I am confused what is meant exactly by &quot;Distance&quot; ? Is it wrong to consider them as displacement and rotation of the entity that moves by the remote displacement option in X,Y,Z directions ?
