Hi All,nI am trying to run parametric sweep for a Fluent Design from workbench, and the simulation gets stuck after solving a design point and doesn’t move on to the next point. The simulation runs fine if I open each point in fluent and run it from the fluent UI, and the issue exists only if I run from workbench. The solution trn file or solution monitoring output shows successful completion of simulation (displays final stats, wall time etc), but the progress bar is stuck on the same design point and doesn’t move on to the next one. Pressing interrupt doesn’t do anything either. I can only abort the process or force kill a fl_mpi process from the Windows task manager, at which point it would move on to the next design point. I could also see that i am unable to edit the Working directory when I start fluent, and it defaults C\\Users\\, and that after completion of the design point from the workbench, the cleanup script from this location is never called.nI am using the Research license, and has tried using Fluent 19.2,20.1 and 20.2, and issue remains the same in all cases. I am using a 32 Core machine with 256GB of RAM, and sufficient storage, and no resource consumption ever rises to above nominal values during any parts of the simulation.nI have tried this with disabling solution monitoring as well, as has been suggested in this forum previously for the same issue. Creating this new thread as I am unable to elicit any responses from the previous ones. I would really appreciate any solution and\/or workaround for this as I have been really stuck with this one for a long time now.
