Refer attached image which shows this option. Then add the new bodies to geometry and update the model in Meshing session. If newly added bodies are in separate parts, then the existing mesh will be fully preserved. If new bodies are added within existing part, all these new bodies and the old bodies which are connected to the new bodies will need to be meshed.
