I have problem with generating mesh for my STL model. Basically, I have loaded it into SpaceClaim and then used the Shell function to fill the empty gaps between the inner and outer wall surface.<\/p>\n

I have then imported it into ANSYS and tried to mesh trying different options, but I always get the error<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“The mesh generation did not complete due to poor quality elements or incorrect input. Please try meshing with another mesh method or different mesh options.”<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I have attached the model I am trying to work on.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

I am very new to ANSYS and I would be grateful for any help.<\/p>\n
