The spacing between the three RF structures is 15 mm. The substrate used is ALN with a thickness of 0.254 mm. The signal conductor has a thickness of 0.018 mm, a width of 0.2 mm, and a length of 6 mm. The gap between the signal line and the adjacent ground electrodes on both sides is 0.14 mm. The simulated S\u2011parameter performance is poor.
