I have set up my static structural and structural optimization analysis and also have a result using the mixable density method.&lt;br&gt;Now I want to validate my design without having to set up the problem again from scratch.&lt;br&gt;I tried adding a STL Smoothing to my Topology Density output and ran into the following problem:&lt;br&gt;STL Smoothing works only as long as I have the &#8220;Export Model&#8221; setting set to No. As soon as I change this to &#8220;Yes&#8221; and try to evaluate the same result, I get the following error message:&lt;br&gt;&#8221;Error &#8212; The slicer was not able to produce a valid model, this is may be due to very thin part in the topology solution. Try to refine your model or to play with the density threshold if possible.
