The project has imported geometry from SolidWorks and I&#8217;ve simplified it as much as possible to mesh more easily. The model is a power module that has a pin-fin baseplate that has coolant flowing through it. I have refined the mesh the best that I could, but it still fails when I try to run the simulation. I have attached an image of one of the meshs. I had a mesh that was even finer than this but the simulation still failed.
