Hi there, <\/p>\n

I downloaded the student version of ansys 2019 R3  a few days ago on a new Windows 10 VM and since then have been having some problems with Fluent. When I try to open it, it opens, but then fails with “failed to validate the connection”  every time with the following error: <\/p>\n

I ran fluent from the original file location which is correct (Program Files\/Ansys Inc\/Ansys Student\/v195fluentfluent19.5.0win643d_nodefl_mpi1950.exe), but I got this error (attached). Do you know where I can find this file? Also why would it be missing?<\/p>\n

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling ansys multiple times but get the same results every time. <\/p>\n
