{"id":45199,"date":"2020-06-17T12:57:25","date_gmt":"2020-06-17T12:57:25","guid":{"rendered":"\/forum\/forums\/topic\/spaceclaim-loses-named-selection\/"},"modified":"2020-06-17T12:57:25","modified_gmt":"2020-06-17T12:57:25","slug":"spaceclaim-loses-named-selection","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/spaceclaim-loses-named-selection\/","title":{"rendered":"Spaceclaim loses named selection"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I have a cylinder1 with outer diameter of 28 mm and inner diameter of 26 mm.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>It is connected with a cylinder2 of diameter 28 mm at the thin surface (it is named cyl1_cyl2_interface) marked below (Fig1).<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I changed the diameters of cylinider1 into 15 and 13 mm.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Then I changed the diamater of the curve at the cylinder2 into 13 mm using Pull-&gt;Pivot.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Next I changed outer diameter of cylinder2 into 15 mm using Pull.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The problem is that when I go back to Meshing, named selection of the cyl1_cyl2_interface is missed.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>What do I do wrong?
