The purchase was done under the PI&#8217;s name, and an additional user (myself) was added. We have activated the license. However, we are unable to download the software, in that we receive the error message below:&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/02\/03-02-2026-1770159889-Screenshot 2026-02-02 142434.png\" alt=\"\" \/>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Again, I am registered as a user and the software was recently purchased from Ansys directly.
