The Electric prototype is heavier than a Moto3\/Pre-Moto3 bike, so the front fork should be bigger and a pair of commercial fork with custom cartridge was the choice. However, the fork feet didn&rsquo;t match the correct offset for the brake caliper so the Team projected a pair on its own.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p dir=&#8221;ltr&#8221;&gt;We drawn a reference CAD geometry, then with the optimize tools of Ansys we reduce the weight and enhance the stiffness with defined targets.
