


{"id":44764,"date":"2020-06-05T04:17:15","date_gmt":"2020-06-05T04:17:15","guid":{"rendered":"\/forum\/forums\/topic\/neo-hookean-constants\/"},"modified":"2020-06-05T04:17:15","modified_gmt":"2020-06-05T04:17:15","slug":"neo-hookean-constants","status":"closed","type":"topic","link":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/forums\/topic\/neo-hookean-constants\/","title":{"rendered":"Neo Hookean Constants"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Hi Everyone,<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>I have a hyperelastic biological model that based on literature, Neo-Hookean is the most suitable material.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Although, I have C10 and K values for Neo Hookean model from literature, when attempting to define the material in Ansys the inputs are &#8220;Initial Shear modulus&#8221; and &#8220;Incompressibliity Parameter D1 &#8220;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>How can I find &#8220;Initial Shear modulus&#8221; and &#8220;Incompressibliity Parameter D1 &#8221; using C10 and K available?
