I uninstalled the software and cleared also the AppData folder, then I installed the new version. When I try to run the Mechanical APCL Product Launcher an error appears saying &#8220;No Licensed Products Found&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6032193\/uploads\/attachments\/35590dff-b510-4590-950d-abc0010d7891\/755e740b-aa2d-4a99-a89c-abc0010f7421_apcl.jpg?width=690&amp;upscale=false\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If I open the&nbsp;Users License Preferences, no license are shown in the top part, for none of the category.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6032193\/uploads\/attachments\/35590dff-b510-4590-950d-abc0010d7891\/d1282fb4-b80c-4939-b690-abc0010f0be1_error-license.jpg?width=690&amp;upscale=false\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>If I search in the Shared Files, the file student.lic is present and it contains the data required.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/us.v-cdn.net\/6032193\/uploads\/attachments\/35590dff-b510-4590-950d-abc0010d7891\/633c601f-940d-491d-8f0f-abc0010fdae8_student.jpg?width=690&amp;upscale=false\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Can somebody please help me to solve this issue?
