Please help&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&lt;p&gt;We (a university student design team) are trying to set up a <em>second <\/em>license server, i.e. a computer that runs the ANSYS License Manager. We downloaded the installation binary from the customer downloads center and ran the setup&amp; installation wizard with Administrator privilege on our second lab PC which was connected to a WiFi network (no VPNs). However, there is always an error.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;<strong>FATAL ERROR: Port 1084 is in use.<\/strong>&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We do not know what is blocking Port 1084, since when we run netstat on the command prompt, no processes show up that are blocking it. Has anyone encountered this issue before? How could we overcoem this?
