When I try to launch the program, I receive the following two errors:&lt;\/p&gt;<\/p>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>&lt;p&gt;<strong><code>No such feature exists.<\/code><\/strong>&lt;\/p&gt;\n<ul>\n<li>&lt;p&gt;<strong>Feature:<\/strong> hfss_gui&lt;\/p&gt;<\/li>\n<li>&lt;p&gt;<strong>Error Code:<\/strong> -5,357&lt;\/p&gt;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>&lt;p&gt;<strong><code>System clock has been set back.<\/code><\/strong>&lt;\/p&gt;\n<ul>\n<li>&lt;p&gt;<strong>Feature:<\/strong> electronicsckt_gui&lt;\/p&gt;<\/li>\n<li>&lt;p&gt;<strong>Error Code:<\/strong> -88,309&lt;\/p&gt;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&lt;p&gt;I have successfully installed the program on my Windows system to the <code>D:\\ANSYS Inc\\ANSYS Student<\/code> folder. However, the Ansys license manager folder (<code>D:\\ANSYS Inc\\ANSYS Student\\Shared Files\\Licensing<\/code>) <strong>does not contain a <code>.lic<\/code> license file<\/strong>.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The steps I have taken to try and resolve the issue are:&lt;\/p&gt;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&lt;p&gt;I attempted to restart the license manager via the command line, but this failed due to the missing license file.&lt;\/p&gt;<\/li>\n<li>&lt;p&gt;When I tried to access the Ansys licensing portal, I received the error message &#8220;You must be an ASC (Ansys Support Coordinator) to access the account.&#8221; As a result, I am unable to download the student license file or manage my account.&lt;\/p&gt;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&lt;p&gt;The problem seems to stem from the missing license file and my inability to access the portal to obtain it. I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.
