I chose the CFD Premium option in the Fluent Launcher in this case, but this error occurs for all versions. I originally went to the license settings and signed in using my student email, but this has given me the error shown in the 2nd picture. Not too sure how I&#8217;m supposed to locate the license when the option to do so is now gone and stuck behind that error. I contacted support and they told me to post the issue here.
