In previous attempts, setting the plane wave source directly to 0.25&mu;m-20&mu;m resulted in significant discrepancies from experimental results. Therefore, I&#8217;m attempting to split this wavelength range into multiple segments for simulation, as shown in the parameter sweep settings in the figure. However, no matter how I adjust the parameters&mdash;including creating a mesh override to cover the entire range&mdash;the simulation still fails to concatenate the results.
