In the UDF the mass source terms for both of these components are calculated and returned to Fluent.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In my case however there is a difference between the dissipated mass of component A and the generated mass of component B, which thus should result in a lower overall particle mass.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, it seems that Fluent does not automatically update the total particle mass TP_MASS(tp) before the next DPM iteration.
