I am trying to do structural analysis of an outer rotor permanent magnet motor. I am considering the magnets are segmented and stacked one over another. I am watching unusually excessive high stress at a very small hotspot points which is not making sense. I am attaching the image below. Stress at other parts seems ok but there are 3 points in entire geometry where the the stress is very high.
