Here&rsquo;s my setup:&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The input files (Testcases.cas, Testcases.dat, Testcases.in, and run_batch) are placed in the same directory on the HPC. Testcases.cas includes the definition of two animations, which are supposed to save specific results (e.g., contours or screen).
