The error popup states:&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<em>&#8220;AnsysWBU.exe encountered a problem. A diagnostic file has been written.&#8221;<\/em>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Despite my attempts to troubleshoot, I&#8217;m unable to open <strong>DesignModeler<\/strong> and <strong>Mechanical<\/strong>, but <strong>SpaceClaim<\/strong> works fine.
