I have prepared my CAD on Spaceclaim, parts: 8 cells, one Al cover and one cooling plate that has two channels. Each channel has an inlet and an outlet. I used the tool Share in SC to create the shared interfaces between components. I created the mesh with a good quality, then I simulated the system (I have done this several times) but the heat generated by the cells is not transfered to the cooling plate (cells > cover > cooling plates and fluid). The result is always the same, the cells get hot but the heat is never transfered to the solids and fluids. <\/p><p>I have checked many times the BC, and there are interfaces between the cells and the cover, cover and cooling plate and fluid. So I don’t know what could be the problem, the settings show that they are coupled. <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/12\/29-12-2024-1735492306-mceclip0.png\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/12\/29-12-2024-1735492323-mceclip1.png\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/12\/29-12-2024-1735492335-mceclip2.png\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/12\/29-12-2024-1735492686-mceclip4.png\" \/><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/12\/29-12-2024-1735492513-mceclip3.png\" \/><\/p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-398714","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"acf":[],"custom_fields":[{"0":{"_bbp_forum_id":["233431"],"_bbp_topic_id":["398714"],"_bbp_subscription":["432374","199"],"_bbp_author_ip":["2a00:8a60:c010:1::1:114d"],"_bbp_last_reply_id":["403233"],"_bbp_last_active_id":["403233"],"_bbp_last_active_time":["2025-01-02 12:09:07"],"_bbp_reply_count":["1"],"_bbp_reply_count_hidden":["0"],"_bbp_voice_count":["2"],"_bbp_engagement":["432374","199"],"_btv_view_count":["247"],"_bbp_topic_status":["unanswered"]},"test":"isaac-galeana-trujillorwth-aachen-de"}],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics\/398714","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/topic"}],"version-history":[{"count":0,"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/topics\/398714\/revisions"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=398714"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
