This is beyond out IT teams scope, but considering the language barrier I wanted to get as much info as possible and relay it to the user.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;This is the tutorial they were following when they encountered the error: <a title=\"Solar cells simulation using Lumerical tools (Part2- Lumerical FDTD)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=adQu4VCYpbg\">Youtube<\/a>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Please tell me if more information is needed to determine what the issue may be.&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/12\/06-12-2024-1733503875-analysiserror.png\" alt=\"\" \/>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;\/p&gt;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"template":"","class_list":["post-396627","topic","type-topic","status-publish","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"aioseo_head":"\n\t\t<!-- All in One SEO 4.9.10 - aioseo.com -->\n\t<meta name=\"description\" content=\"I am an end-point analyst assisting a user who only speaks english as a second language;
