Currently I try to mesh the mesh to deform with the hex dominant method.&nbsp;&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The solution of the total deformation of my model looks like this&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/07-11-2024-1730976704-mceclip0.png\" \/>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And its mesh output as an stl like this&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/innovationspace.ansys.com\/forum\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2024\/11\/07-11-2024-1730976770-mceclip2.png\" \/>&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;As can be seen in the second image, the imprint area of the stl export looks still quite coarse.
