My structure&rsquo;s non-uniform width requires a 3D CHARGE simulation to capture the spatial carrier distribution as a function of bias voltage.&lt;\/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Is there a way in Ansys DEVICE to perform a 3D CHARGE simulation and export this distribution (charge.mat) for use in FDTD? Additionally, would it be possible to simulate the transmission spectra in FDTD under different bias voltages?(In lumerical MRM example, MODE is used to simulate the ring&#8217;s cross-section.
