I downloaded this example from the following page: https:\/\/optics.ansys.com\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/360042097313-Small-Scale-Metalens-Field-Propagation. However, when performing the simulation in the Terahertz range (100 microns to 3000 microns), I get no results in the transmittance; all the transmittance disappears, even when there is no object in the simulation region. What is happening, and how can I solve this problem?
